Drop in at Stone Brook Strength

At Stone Brook Strength, we love getting visitors. We believe new people bring a new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.

Please note, all Group Training drop-ins must be actively CrossFitting, actively training in functional fitness at another gym, or have completed some sort of functional fitness/weightlifting training in the last 6 months. This is for your safety and enjoyment of your class!
