Get fit for summer with our 6 week fitness and nutrition transformation! Our program is designed to change your life, in a fun and supportive environment. You provide the effort and we provide the results!Includes:
6 weeks of 3x/week (18 sessions) one hour coach-led workouts including strength and cardio
Semi-private setting (max 6 people per class)
6 week meal plan with shopping lists and recipes
Measurements at the start/end (inches, body fat%, pics optional)
Times available: M/W/F 9am FULL, Tu/Th/Fri 11am, T/Th 7:15pm, Fri 6:15pm, ALL ladies only!
