-TEEN Strength & Conditioning, Mon/Thur 4:30-5:30pm, NEW teens welcome first week only, with an additional coach to help get them started. Ages 13+
$115/month for 2x/week or $140 for 10 pass or $15 drop in
-STRONG Kids Tues 4:30-5:15pm, Sat 11:15-noon. NEW kids welcome! Ages 6-12 $75/month for 2x/week or $100 for 10 pass, or $12 drop in
-FOUNDATION group classes for new members Tues/Thur at 9:30am, noon, 7:30pm
$169+GST for 8 sessions, 10% off for both of you when you bring a friend!
-OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB EXCURSION! Mon/Wed 6:30-7:30pm.
Focus on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk technique
$59 Add-on to your regular membership. This is to cover the cost of a t-shirt (!), programming, coaching and a special mock meet at the end of the 6 week excursion! Only 8 spots available, so reserve your spot now.
