Your six week journey begins by talking about your goals with one of our coaches and together make a plan for you to succeed.
Next, we take 2 weeks to focus on learning the basics of how to train effectively so you have confidence in your ability to move (and sweat) to get results.
Then, you gain momentum over the next 4 weeks as you make working-out and eating-healthy a regular practice. Keep showing up a few times each week and making small sustainable changes. You don’t need to think up what to do as every day’s workout will have you building up your physical strength and getting your heart, lungs and muscles into shape under a coach’s watchful eye.
In six weeks you are well on your way to having a completely new relationship with your body, your fitness and your health.
