STRONG Kids Fall 2018

At Stone Brook Strength “STRONG Kids”, we make Fitness FUN! We teach kids how to use workout equipment safely while under supervision. We lead fun warm-ups, teach strength movements and skill, do appropriate workout variations, and play fun fitness games! Our STRONG Kids program is for ages 6-12 (we split up into 2 age groups as needed). New kids are welcome to join our program this fall. Classes are 45 minutes long and will start September 11th. Class times are Tuesdays 4:30-5:15pm, and Saturdays 11:15am-noon, and will run September, October and November. Prices are on our website.
