Looking for a way to make your 2017 resolutions stick? Kick start the New Year and join our 6 week fitness and nutrition transformation! Our program is designed to change your life, in a fun and supportive environment. You provide the effort and we provide the results!

Includes:
6 weeks of 3x/week one hour coach-led workouts in a semi-private setting (18 sessions)
6 week meal plan with shopping lists and recipes
Measurements at the start/end (inches, body fat%, pics optional)

 

Times available: Tues/Thurs/Sat 11am, M/W/F 4:15pm, OR T/Th 6:15pm/Sat noon
